Doflamingo ordered the two runaways to return to the crew, and once the crew stole this fruit from the transaction, Rosinante was to eat the fruit and use its powers to heal Law. What Doflamingo did not inform his younger brother, however, was that he intended to order Rosinante to use the Perennial Youth Operation on him, granting Doflamingo eternal life.
